Random Ramblings

I haven't had time to write much yet.  As allways I am working crazy hours on other web sites.  In the near future I will add articles on motorcycles and motorcycling, rider's rights, true but hard to believe stories about the Philippines and maybe something about Hong Kong. At the risk of upsetting people I may add some spiritual articles.

I am retired and have spent the last 35 years in Asia. Like most people my age I have had a few interesting experiences. I changed from an athiest to a spiritual teacher which was an experience of epic proportions.  I went from a henpecked guy afraid of his own shadow to a VP of an international corporation.  I built some of the biggest and most successful web sites in Asia.  I built communities and fought corruption.  I met with the President of the Philippines a few times and have become more Asian than English. Along the way I made a lot of mistakes and had many painful experiences.  I went from rags to riches and back again a few times.  I met men and women I will never forget and many I would like to forget.

My very good friend and spiritual teacher for the last 20 odd years, Clif Sanderson, suggested I write a book about what he called my "mind boggling experiences".  I don't think I am ready for that yet so this Web site gives me a chance to get started on writing and see what happens.

I have a t-shirt that says "Warning Retired - been everywhere, done everything and now have lots of time to tell you all about it".  For some the warning may be valid but seriously, I do believe some of my experiences and stories are of real value to others and I believe some will be really interesting, if not shocking.  I will do my best not to publish anything boring but I am not making any rash promises.

Come back soon.  I will get some interesting stuff on line as soon as I can.
