I am sure that there are plenty of natural cures and in some cases they may be as simple as correct breathing.

My good friend and teacher for many years, Clif Sanderson, is a world renowned healer and has great success by getting the patient's mind and body in harmony with deep relaxation then the body heals itself.

I am afraid the most doctors know little or nothing about using correct diet and I heard that in the USA they can even lose their license and go to prison for prescribing good diet instead of drugs.

I talked to a very good doctor a while back and said "How do you remember all the drugs and what they are for?" He said "We don't. We have a big fat book supplied by the drug companies that tells us what to prescribe." In other words he does whatever the drug companies tell him to do.

Hi Jun,

First let me point out that I am not an expert in natural medicines. I am just trying to collect information and post it here in the hope that others will do the same so we have a database of information for everyone to share.

With most natural medication, especially fruit and veggies there is no real dosage as they rarely have any side serious effects. Some of course will not suit certain people like I can't take Graviola because I am diabetic and it has a very high sugar content.

Some people have had great success with a diet of raw veggies and fruit with no meat at all. Asparagus, tomatoes, watermelon, malungay, mangosteen are all good.

Check this thread for more info:

I suggest you also contact my good friend and long time teacher Clif Sanderson. He is a world renowned healer and teacher and I have personally witnessed him curing cancer in patients the hospitals could no longer help. His web site is at:

As far as I know only the fruit has the high sugar content so any other part of the plant are probably fine but if your wife is checking her blood sugar she will know if her blood sugar goes up.

Frank, speaking about sugar, I posted once on your thread about Stevia, but it never went through. You had to approve it for it to be posted. Did you ever see that post?

It may have looked like a spam post and got put in the moderation queue. We get about 100 spam posts for every one genuine post.

I just checked and cleared it to be active.

Sorry for the delay

Thanks. I am a strong advocate for stevia. I started using it in my coffee a couple years ago. I even ordered seed and started some in the garden. In the fall, I have been brining them indoors and had them growing at work. Then in the spring, I take them outside again.

This fall, I let them all die out except for one that broke off and I had it growing in a cup of water. It grew a lot of roots and I have it growing indoors now.

I use the processed stevia from a health food store. Have tried putting the ground dried leaves in a holder for my coffe, but it doesn't have that great a taste. Prefer just munching on the leaves, dried or fresh.
