According to a study in Nicaragua they used young (under 45 day old) malunggay leaves, crushed them and soaked them in water for a few days (Maybe a kg to a liter of water). Then removed the leaves, mixed the liquid (1 part to 32 parts water), and sprayed it on corn. After spraying a week after it came up, a month later, and another month after that they went from 60 sacks per hectare to 130 sacks per hectare.
